The volunteer team at the Blue Bell were winners at the Plunkett Foundation Rural Vision awards.

Dame Prue Leith presented team members Elaine, Jim and Ray with the Volunteering Award at a ceremony at the National Gallery in London on 25th November, 2021.

This is fantastic recognition for the hard-working Blue Bell team and a reflection of the way the entire community has mobilised to deliver a new pub and hub for Stoke Ferry.

Our volunteer recognition day

October 24, 2001 ~ We held an excellent Volunteer Champaign Cocktail Recognition Day. Of our 70+ volunteers well over 40 attended this event. Recognition of our volunteers efforts over the past 3-months was well deserved!

Prue Leith has us on a shortlist of three!

October 22, 2021. Our Blue Bell volunteer scheme has been shortlisted for the Plunket Foundation's  national ‘Rural Vision Volunteering’,  Rural Community Business Awards. From around the UK, we are one of just three rural community businesses up for this award.
