Hold your event or group dinner at the Blue Bell

The Blue Bell team has created a wonderful small event and private dining area called The Lock Room, after the Lock family that had their name over the door of the Blue Bell for over a century.

The Lock Dining Room seats up to 14 people for dining or doing. It is available to hire during café opening times Monday to Friday and for private dining during other food service times.

In line with The Blue Bell’s mission, it is free of charge for use where there is community benefit with no private profit. Where meetings/ gatherings/ events charge a fee to participants, or for business meetings there is a hire charge of £10 per hour.
 
The Lock Dining Room is available for private hire as a function  or private dining room during normal dining hours of the pub. For exclusive use, the requirement is for a minimum spend of £300.

 

For larger gatherings, it is possible to hire the entire pub during times when it is not otherwise open, which is all day on Monday and Tuesday. 

The Blue Bell can provide a range of catering options from light refreshments, buffets, set menus and a la carte dining. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
